An arm-mounted mulcher installed on multipurpose self-propelled vehicles via a detachable self-supporting frame with a hydraulic quick-coupling system, ensuring excellent visibility and operational stability even on difficult terrain.
The brush-cutting arm consists of two main joints plus a telescopic tip with one or two sections, depending on the selected operating length.
The structural design is based on an elongated hexagonal mower arm, made of shaped sheet metal from high-strength, fine-grained structural steel, characterized by a high yield strength. The configuration with a single longitudinal weld reduces stress concentrations and ensures better load distribution, thereby increasing fatigue resistance and service life.
The unique design of this boom-type mulcher allows it to operate right up against the wheel without encroaching on the opposite lane and reduces its overall height during road transport.
EXPANSE JS is available in working lengths ranging from 6 to 10 meters and is designed to operate on the right side of the vehicle in the direction of travel.
