The EMPHASIS FLEXOR series is a brush cutter and grass trimmer designed for the professional mowing of grass and shrubbery on embankments, road shoulders, and green areas characterized by significant elevation changes, steep slopes, or vertical obstacles —typical of hilly and mountainous terrain.
The FLEXOR system, based on a constrained double-joint geometry, keeps the mower arm head constantly perpendicular to the wheel track during both deep and high-cut operations, without the need for lateral movement of the tractor. This feature allows the mower to operate continuously even along uneven terrain, improving control and precision.
The telescopic boom allows you to adjust the boom’s extension to meet actual operational needs, enabling you to increase the load capacity during operation and reduce the overall dimensions during road transport.
The Hymach brush cutter arm consists of two main joints with compensated geometry, combined with single- or double-stage telescopic extensions, depending on the version. The geometry-compensated kinematics allow the arm-mounted mulcher to automatically maintain the correct orientation of the cutting head relative to the wheel track during arm movements, even when working upward.
This design makes the EMPHASIS FLEXOR a tractor-mounted mulcher that is particularly well-suited for use on slopes — including those above the road — as well as on steep inclines and winding paths, improving cutting precision, operational stability, and safety during use.
The machine is available with operating reaches of 6 and 7 meters, measured from the PTO attachment to the end of the boom. The hinge rotation of up to 95° ensures ample freedom in boom positioning and adaptability to various operating conditions.
