The machine is designed for applications that require wide and extreme movements of the brush-cutting arm, ensuring precise control of the kinematics and continuous operation throughout all phases of work.
Thanks to the central swivel hinge integrated into the tank assembly, LIBRA effectively manages the dynamic loads generated by the boom’s wide range of motion, maintaining stable and smooth operation even in the most extended working positions.
LIBRA is a rear-mounted mower and brush cutter equipped with a professional-grade arm consisting of two articulated segments and one or two telescopic sections, depending on the configuration selected.
The brush cutter arm is constructed from shaped sheet metal made of high-strength, fine-grained structural steel, designed to withstand the high and repeated dynamic stresses typical of operations involving wide ranges of motion and rapid arm movements. The construction, featuring a single weld for each segment, contributes to structural continuity and kinematic stability during the most demanding operational phases.
The adjustable skids, made of wear-resistant and self-lubricating material and mounted on threaded plates with a welded counter-threaded support, ensure smooth gliding, reduced friction, and precise movements even during rapid changes in attitude. The telescopic boom allows access to deep areas on slopes, while the compact geometry of the arm enables operation right up against the wheel, maintaining a small overall footprint during road transport —a hallmark of a Hymach brush cutter boom.
It is available with a boom reach ranging from 6.3 to 9.0 meters —measured from the PTO coupling to the end of the cutting head —to meet a variety of professional roadside grass-cutting needs.
