TRUSTY FLEXOR is a hydraulic-arm brush cutter with an interchangeable rotor mulching head, designed for maintenance of roadside and highway greenery on embankments, levees, shoulders, and banks. A specialized solution for professional mowing operations in complex environments, typical of an articulated mower.
The dual-jointed, constrained geometry of this brush cutter keeps the cutting head constantly perpendicular to the wheel track, allowing for precise operation from the lowest point to the highest point without the need for lateral movement of the machine. The telescopic boom allows the reach to be extended only when needed, maintaining a compact size, greater control, and operational stability— characteristics typical of a brush cutter boom.
The FLEXOR system is based on a double-connection rotary hinge integrated into the brushcutter arm structure, which controls the articulated kinematic chain and restricts the movement of the two main joints.
This kinematic solution keeps the tool constantly perpendicular to the vehicle’s profile, allowing for precise work right up against the wheel —from the lowest point to the highest— without the need for lateral movement of the vehicle. The system is particularly effective on narrow roads, embankments, riverbanks, and mountain trails, where lateral maneuverability is limited or not recommended, as is the case with boom-mounted mulchers.
The telescopic boom allows you to extend the operating reach only when necessary, maintaining compactness, control, and stability even under the most demanding working conditions.
The arm is made of high-strength structural steel, with hardened and ground pins and bushings, to ensure durability, precision of movement, and long-term reliability, even under the intensive use typical of Hymach brushcutter arms.
TRUSTY FLEXOR is available in versions with 6- and 7-meter boom lengths, measured from the center of the power take-off (PTO) to the outer end of the cutting head, making it a high-performance Hymach brush cutter boom.
