To meet the demands of a market that prioritizes value but does not want to compromise on quality, the Jolly series has been redesigned and equipped with the features typical of Hymach’s higher-end product lines.
The need to equip smaller tractors to work on narrow roads, mountain roads, and bike paths has led to the new Jolly mower-brush cutter, featuring a lightweight yet sturdy arm. The machine, which is generally easy to handle and responsive, is ideal for use on vehicles of modest size and weight. Constructed of high-strength structural steel, the arm features larger-diameter pins—all made of hardened steel—that enable its articulation. In addition, the entire housing has been redesigned to protect the system.
The standard mulching head comes with a working cutting width of 105 cm, a rotor capable of rotating in both directions, and the latest blade mounting system—now used on all Hymach machine rotors—which allows the pin to be locked onto the rotor flange and eliminates theneed for bushings, making it easier to replace the blades. The standard drive is direct to the rotor, but a side belt drive is also available.
The system features high-efficiency gear pumps and a hydraulic control valve; however, to customize the machine to your specific needs, a system with a piston pump and a proportional electro-hydraulic control valve—operated via a single-lever joystick—is also available.
The new Jolly lawn mower and brush cutter features an arm lock on the support foot for when it is not in use. This makes it easier to move the vehicle on roads, including unpaved ones, while reducing the negative effects of stress on the entire structure. The unique design of the articulated segments allows for mowing right up to the wheel, without taking up any additional space on the roadway.
