The EXPANSE FLEXOR series is a brush cutter designed for professional mowing along road shoulders and embankments, even in the presence of steep gradients, vertical obstacles, or narrow roadways —conditions typical of hilly and mountainous terrain.
The FLEXOR system, based on a constrained double-joint geometry, allows the head of the boom-mounted mulcher to be positioned continuously from the lowest point to the highest point, keeping it perpendicular to the wheel track at all times, without the need for lateral movements of the tractor. This solution improves working precision and allows for continuous operation even along complex paths—features typical of Hymach brush cutters.
The mower arm, equipped with one or more telescopic sections, allows the operator to reach significant embankment depths or to mow right up to the wheel, keeping the cutting head within the tractor’s outline and ensuring stability, visibility, and operational control under all operating conditions.
The brush-cutting arm consists of two main joints, configured according to the FLEXOR geometry with a double-connection joint, designed to automatically compensate for the arm’s movements during deep or high-reach operations.
The boom-type mulcher is equipped with a one- or two-stage telescopic boom, depending on the model, with operating lengths ranging from 7 to 9.5 meters, measured from the PTO connection to the end of the cutting head.
The hinge rotation of up to 95°, combined with the rearward position of the brush cutter arm, ensures excellent maneuverability and allows the machine to remain within the tractor’s outline, even under the most challenging operating conditions.
The mower arm is constructed of high-strength steel, which is characterized by fatigue resistance, controlled elasticity, and long-term durability —qualities that ensure structural reliability even under intensive and continuous use.
