The JUICE boom-type mulcher is designed for professional mowing in vineyards, terraced orchards, and areas characterized by limited space and obstacles scattered along the work path.
The kinematics of the brush-cutting arm allow it to operate right up against the roadside, maintaining full operational control of the cutting head even in the presence of rows of trees, barriers, structures, signs, or other structural and natural obstacles, without encroaching on adjacent areas or the opposite lane.
The compact and modular design of this mowing arm makes JUICE particularly well-suited for use with orchard tractors in agricultural, urban, and mountainous settings, where precise movement, maneuverability, and continuous operation are required, even in tight spaces and along winding paths.
JUICE is a rear-mounted brush cutter equipped with a three-segment articulated arm made of high-strength steel with a telescopic end section, connected to the machine unit via a hinge that allows for rotation up to 95 °. This configuration allows the tractor’s profile to remain within the road’s width limits even when working right up against the wheels, ensuring a high degree of adaptability to changes in terrain and the placement of obstacles along the path.
The kinematics of the boom-type mower allow for adjustment of the reach in depth or height depending on operational needs, ensuring continuous mowing even in confined spaces or on uneven terrain and slopes. Maneuverability remains high even in closely spaced rows and on road sections with limited width.
The machine is available with a boom extension of up to 5.3 meters, measured from the PTO attachment to the end of the boom.
