CYCLONE CARGO DOUBLE is a self-propelled brush cutter and lawn mower with an integrated collection bin and dual-side operation, designed for installation on transport trucks and developed for professional maintenance of roadside and highway green spaces, with complete collection of cut material on both sides of the vehicle.
The DOUBLE configuration allows you to work on both the right and left sides of the truck without having to reverse or perform complex repositioning maneuvers, thereby optimizing service times, safety, and operational continuity along two-way roads, secondary roads, and long stretches of infrastructure.
The structurally integrated hopper on the carrier vehicle allows for mowing, suction, and storage of material in a single compact system, with optimized weight distribution and efficient volume management. The material cut by the mowing arm and any debris along the roadside are conveyed via the high-capacity suction system directly into the body, which is designed for containment, transport, and controlled unloading at the destination.
The CYCLONE CARGO DOUBLE arm-mounted mulcher is equipped with a two-jointed arm featuring a telescopic end section and a bilateral rotation system, which allows for full operational positioning on both sides of the vehicle, with a swiveling suction hose synchronized with the arm’s movements.
It is available with an operating length of 6 to 10 meters, measured from the center of the vehicle to the front end.
Both the brush-cutting arm and the suction hose are telescopic, allowing for extended reach during operation and a smaller footprint during road transport.
The vacuum system is equipped with a high-efficiency turbine, designed to generate a powerful and continuous airflow capable of lifting and conveying shredded material, leaves, and light debris from the ground in real time.
The material is conveyed through a steerable flexible hose with a diameter of 400 mm, which ensures a constant flow rate and direct transfer to the integrated collection hopper, maintaining high efficiency even under demanding operating conditions and over long, continuous stretches.
