HERBHY 25

Compact, remote-controlled self-propelled tool carrier

Operational Focus

The HERBHY 25 is the most compact model in the HERBHY family and is designed to deliver the performance of a true professional radio-controlled self-propelled machine in an extremely compact, lightweight, and easily transportable package. Designed for operators who need an agile, easy-to-use, and ready-to-use solution, it is an ideal tool for landscaping maintenance, mowing in hard-to-reach areas, and managing surfaces where accessibility is a key factor.

Its compact size allows it to operate easily in confined spaces, along bike paths, riverbanks, embankments, urban areas, and other settings where a machine that takes up little space is needed but must still deliver professional-level productivity. Its simple design and low maintenance requirements also help keep operating costs down while ensuring high reliability over time.

Thanks to its exceptionally light weight and ease of transport, the HERBHY 25 is an ideal solution for maintenance companies, public agencies, landscaping professionals, and other experts who need a machine that is always ready for use and can be easily moved between different job sites.

Key Specifications

The HERBHY 25 was developed according to the same design principles that characterize the entire HERBHY line, but it condenses all of those qualities into a compact, lightweight machine weighing just 570 kg in its base configuration.

The sturdy frame incorporates underbody protection designed to safeguard the engine and systems, allowing for safe operation even in the presence of debris, rocks, and vegetation. The integrated roll bar is an integral part of the machine’s structure and is equipped with high-visibility LED headlights and a flashing light to ensure maximum operational safety.

The 8-roller tracked undercarriage with a 1000 mm track width ensures stability, traction, and maneuverability even on the most challenging terrain. The rubber tracks provide good traction and allow for effective operation both on natural surfaces and in environments where soil damage must be minimized. The grease-lubricated tensioning system contributes to the vehicle’s ease of operation and maintenance.

The machine is controlled by a professional radio remote control that allows the operator to manage forward movement, steering, and operational functions while maintaining a safe working position at all times. The forward speed is adjustable from 0 to 6 km/h and can be fine-tuned using a dedicated potentiometer to precisely adapt to operating conditions.

The operator also has access to an offset correction system for working on slopes, a drive control reversal feature, and an emergency cable connection. An audible and visual alarm system constantly monitors the machine’s key operating conditions, signaling when the maximum allowable slope is exceeded, as well as any system overheating, engine oil pressure abnormalities, and insufficient hydraulic oil levels.

The closed-loop hydraulic system, featuring variable-displacement piston pumps, a dedicated piston motor for the attached equipment, and electro-hydraulic control valves, ensures high performance, precise movements, and efficient management of available power. The heat exchanger with a reversible fan helps maintain high performance even during continuous operation.
